Planning a visit?

TOURS

Led by Artist and Director, Edgar Arceneaux, our tours offer high school, university students, and non student adult groups an opportunity to learn about how art and architecture are used as tools for community redevelopment and drivers for economic growth. Tours are typically 1 hour long. Walk-in tours are available on Tuesday’s (1pm to 4pm) or by appointment. TOURS BY APPOINTMENT MUST BE MADE 3 WEEKS IN ADVANCE OF VISIT.

Catering is provided upon your request for a fee.

LOCATION

The Watts House Project (WHP) is located at 1726-1750 E.107th Street in Los Angeles, California, approximately 17 minutes south from downtown Los Angeles.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS
WHP is located near the exit for Wilmington Avenue, right off the Century 9105) Freeway. Take the Wilmington Avenue exit off the 105 and head east. As you approach the Watts Towers on E. 108th, head west and you may look for parking on Willowbrook Avenue. You may find WHP at the intersection of Willowbrook on E. 107thStreet.

PARKING
Street parking only: you may find parking on Willowbrook or on E. 107th Street.

PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION
You can get to WHP via public transportation. WHP is served by Metro Limited 305 (Imperial Station). We are located right near the stop at Wilmington Ave/108th Street. For more information on how to travel to WHP via public transportation, please visit the metro website: http://www.metro.net/
